Shipping Policy
We offer free standard shipping for all orders over $50.00 USD.
We have the following shipping options available in United States:
Standard - For orders below $50 shipping to the 48 contiguous states, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee of $8. Delivery in 3 - 7 business days via FedEx, UPS, USPS.,
We currently ship to the United States. We do not ship to international addresses or PO Boxes at this time. Expedited shipping is also available for an additional cost.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. For large or bulk orders, we may offer discounted shipping rates. Contact us for details.
Delayed Orders
We're committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible. In the uncommon event that we anticipate a delay with your order, we'll contact you directly via email from info@bellecoshop.com to explain the situation and provide an estimated delivery timeframe.
Restrictions
We do not ship to international addresses or PO Boxes at this time.
Additional Information
Understanding the status of your order: Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed. You can check your order status through your Shopify account. Simply enter your order number and email address to check your latest order status.
When can you expect your order to arrive: We typically ship within 2-3 business days from our location in Mooresville, NC. Once your package leaves our location, it can take 3-5 business days to reach you.
If your package is lost or stolen: Once your package leaves our location, we are not liable if it is lost or stolen. If you have a package that was marked as delivered but you have not yet received it, we ask you to take the following steps:
1. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please allow 2-3 more days for delivery before contacting your carrier for more information.
2. Check with your neighbors, lobby attendant, or front office (if applicable) to see if the package was left there.

If your package is damaged or missing items: Please report any damaged or missing items to info@bellecoshop.com within 7 days of delivery.
Canceling or making changes to an order after it has shipped: Due to high order volumes, the nature of our products and our goal to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, we cannot cancel or modify an order once it has been placed.
Updating your shipping address: In an attempt to expedite our shipping process and get orders out as quickly as possible, we cannot make any changes to an order once it has been processed. However, we do recommend reaching out to the shipping provider listed on your tracking email in order to ensure that your package arrives to the correct address.
