Thank you for shopping with Belle and Co. We take pride in creating high-quality custom products made specifically for each customer.
Processing Time
All Belle and Co products are custom-made and handcrafted to order. Due to the personalized nature of our products, orders typically require 7–14 business days for production before shipment.
During holidays, sales events, product launches, and periods of high order volume, processing times may extend to up to 21 business days.
Processing times are separate from shipping times. Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Belle and Co is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect addresses submitted during checkout.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Belle and Co is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, weather-related delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier when applicable.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide photos of the packaging and damaged item(s). We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Custom Products
Because all products are custom-made to order, cancellations or modifications may not be possible once production has begun. Custom and personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect.
Free Shipping
Belle and Co offers free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $50 or more within the United States. Free shipping promotions may be modified or discontinued at any time.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available to select countries. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, fees, or import charges imposed by their local government.
